I use Millers, which is the commercial side of MPix. I've also used Mpix because its cheaper and i can get just ONE print if I need it that way. They do great work!

What everyone else said. If you use Millers, I believe you have to order enough over the year to keep "pro" account... (I could be wrong). I use WHCC with good success.

I think that if you dont order over $2500 in your first year you have to start paying shipping from then on until you HAVE ordered over 2500.

I've used Pro Pics once. Not bad. $6 shipping is killer, but if you order enough prints it isn't as bad.

There are some local printers in DFW also. You can look at the sticky thread:

http://www.texasphotoforum.com/forum...ad.php?t=10687

I've never used either of the local printers, but that's because they require you to send in an application. As an amatuer I don't have the patience or want to fill out paperwork to justify having some prints done. Though, it would be nice to be able to pick up the prints same day/next day and not pay shipping.

We use MPIX for single print orders and WHCC for wedding proof orders.
