Usually there is an event manager that plans the events. If you contact this person they will probably get you into the process of becoming a preferred vendor. That person will probably make you come in with a portfolio, price-list, and an interview. There will probably be like two to three people at the interview, and then if they like your work. You'll be given fairly free reign as to what you bring in. Like sample albums, prints, etc. It's always a good idea to start with the event manager, because they work with all the brides. So if you make a good impression you can have an advocate in the early stages of planning a wedding. Since, we know that the first thing brides do is shop for a location, this is a good person to have in your corner. While a print is nice, you could very well be donating a frame to whomever wants it. |
