I want to encourage my clients to spread the word. Do you guys offer any incentive programs to your clients?

Maybe free prints? Credits for future pruchases?

you know the greatest thing that i've learned so in marketing is that....if you give your costumer more then what they expected, then they'll brag about you. On the other hand if you something goes wrong, they'll tell twice as many poeple then if they were bragging.
