So I decided to try a new company for my business cards...

BAD mistake.

Using their supplied template, I designed my card, put all the text and whatever I wanted, an image and uploaded to their specifications. Full color.

What do I see when I get my cards today?

Rather than a color image, it is black and white, with the entire design SQUISHED into 2/3 of the card area. Looks HORRIBLE.

Lets see what the company does to resolve this. Next time, I'll be ordering with someone else.

Sounds like great fun...

Can you tell us what company did this, so the rest of us can avoid this same situation?

Wow...that sucks. Sorry to hear that.

I've used them twice (for business cards and post cards). I uploaded my own designs and everything came out great.

Hope it works out for you.

Maybe you should call them...

I used VistaPrint for my last batch of biz cards and they forgot to foil them. So, they sent another batch with full appologies.

update.

well, now they want me to send them 20-40 samples of the cards I got because apparently this matches what I ordered.

Don't know what happened, but this is NOT what I ordered.
