I am donating a photo for a calendar for a fundraiser. They need a print release from me. Anyone have one they can share with me? Or point me to one on the web? There is a great book out there that includes a CD of forms for photographers that I would recommend. Business and Legal Form for Photographers by Tad Crawford It would have exactly what you need, or something that can be easily modified for your particular situation. |
