Emergency - need commercial forms

I have been contacted by major ad agency in Atlanta about purchasing one of my images for use in a national campaign. They found me through Acclaim Images, but the image in question isn't in my portfolio there. They have offered to buy it directly from me for a two ad run. Since I'll get more money by going direct (I'm non exclusive with Acclaim) I want to give it a try. I need a release form that will transfer rights to them for this campaign (it's a beer) only.

Can anyone help me in the next hour?

Scott, depending how much time you have, you might want to check out fotoquote.

Has form generators as well as pricing calculators/ advice on negotiation etc.

They just sent me the low res comp and I'm currently uploading the full size image to their re-toucher. I'm not going to jinx myself, but once the papers are all signed, I'll upload the tear and share the model and client.

I am totally pumped. My very first tear sheet!

The funny thing is it's not an image that I have uploaded to Acclaim. And right now Acclaim is pretty messed up with uploading shut down as they go through some restructuring. They basically let go all the staff that had contact with the artists and have 'started over' as far as I can see.

I would have sold them the image through Acclaim, but since they are broken we went direct. I got a license template from Nathan that we modified and agreed upon. The deal should be finished tomorrow and I'll upload the comp.

Thanks Suzy. Even though I didn't sell through them, Acclaim got me noticed. BTW, I pointed them at my PBase archive and that is where they found the image.

You know what they say, it's never a done deal until the papers are signed. I faxed them the contract today with all the data and my W-9 form. I should have my signed copy when I get back to the office in the AM. Then I'll spill....
