I now have enough decent people images from which to choose for a business card collage. Do you legally have to get the person's permission to use their photo on your card? Since it's for marketing purposes, I'd be inclined to say "yes," but I'm not sure. --------------------------- Everyone wants to be a rock star, but no one wants to learn the chords. |

Definitely yes. If I want to use any of my candid shots for advertising, I make the "models" sign model releases... ya, it feels strange, but it's been working well so far. |
