Question Does anyone use this service? - 12-15-2006, 02:32 PM

I saw Constant Contact mentioned in Pro Photog this month or Rangefinder or someother pro photog mag. It caught my attention b/c we have been sending out ecards for different reasons (promos, proofs ready, etc). I liked that it said you can track clicks to see who is responding to the cards. I dont have those stats currently.

Has anyone tried this company? I thought it was free (but Im a sucker when something says FREE), so I thought why not try it.

In the mean time, I thought I would ask if it has been really helpful to anyone in here.

I think only trying it is free (and when my trial time or number ran out, I had to have all my subscribers REsubscribe when I changed services)

I signed up for the email contact service through godaddy
it was recommended and only $9 a year

It says its free for emailing 50 people or less per month...Did I read that wrong?

Debi, do you like it? Is it a good tool or was it something you didnt get much use or sales from?

That is how I understood too... then I either hit a limit or re read it and I think it stopped at 50 emails OR a certain time period.
Yes I like the service - don't use it that much honestly as I am new here and have about 10 people on my email list :)
Once I got it set up though I liked the way I got it to look and I just copy campaigns to make new ones, so I don't have to fuss with settings all the time. But it has open/bounce/clickthru statistics, etc.
