Service Agreement... - 12-21-2006, 07:14 PM

Does anyone have any great links to creating a service agreement or would be willing to share theirs for reference? Just had a customer pull the wool over my eyes. Lesson learned and I need some legal documents here on out.

I'd appreciate it!!

Thanks

Lori

I bought a book recently, but haven't read it yet...but I'm guessing there are things in there that would help you possible. It's called Business and Legal Forms for Photographers, and comes with a CD of forms you can modify and use. It's like $20.

Take a look at Blinkbid (www.blinkbid.com). It's a program that allows you to specifically design a contract/agreement to fit the need.
