I have recently opened an account with them and to say the least two out of 4 orders have been messed up...images come back too dark, communication between employees are lacking. I was suppose to have a package overnighted due to an unruly client, anyhow talked to a guy there he said it would be sent out that night. I even had a confirmation call as well that evening saying it was going out...I got it in the mail three days later. My prints showed a bright pink "OVERNIGHT" and "RUSH" sticker stuck to the order but the invoice said "2nd day".
I haven't had any issues with Millers, so for now that's who I'm sticking with. |
