It looks like we will be moving into a retail studio space early 2007.
the space that we are leasing needs work ... but will work for our needs ...

We need to repaint the camera room (shooting space) and I was wondering ... white or black ?

Both have their advantages ... but I am not sure which direction to go...

any ideas ???

Dave

I have a room in my house that will soon become my home office in which I will do image processing, and it has been suggested that I paint the walls an 18% gray. Don't know if this would apply to you but thought I'd throw it out there anyway.

I'm psyched. Our new studio is going to be big enough to have two shooting areas. One is going to be white, one black. That way I have nice high-key and low-key setups, and then I can use sets and backdrops for just about anything else. If I had to pick one setup... I don't know.

Cool Mike...
We have one area 12x12 planned out for high key but this is for the main camera room ... I think that we are going to do the grey !!
