"Model" Release

Okay I'm new to this shooting others, etc. I need to know where I can get a model release or things to put in it, examples, etc.

I can write a darn good horse lease, horse selling contract but that's cuz I'm a bit more knowledgeable and experienced in it but this i don't even know where to start.

Cross out "horse", put in "model", it'd probably work.

or you could put "horse/model (circle one)" and see what happens.

I looked at that but they really aren't to compatable. The horse stuff talks more about things like riding times/type/frequencyVet/farrier care/equipment/liability/trailering/boarding, etc.

Reminds me of the Marx Bros. routine with the contract, where they keep ripping sections out of the contract until it's a little piece of paper "but it's still a contract, no matter how small!" (Chico objected to the Sanity Clause, because "thera ain'ta no Sanity Clause!")
