You may have heard of photomarathon competitions oversees. I am working to bring these exciting competitions to the United States. Basically, a photomarathon is a competition where the competitors meet at a certain place and receive a theme. Then, they have a certain amount of time (usually an hour or two) to take take pictures and choose one to submit on each theme. The submissions are judged and awards are presented. Despite the name, no running is involved. I'd like to know your thoughts on reaching as many photographers of any level to get them involved.
