Wanted: Graphic artist for logo work - 02-05-2007, 03:39 PM

I have my logo in a smallish pdf file and I'm looking for an artist to help upsize by re-creating the image. Automated upsizing will not work to the size I'm looking for. While I can't pay a huge sum of $ for the job, I am willing to pay someone for their time at a reasonable rate.

Please contact me via PM or email and we can discuss the job and your skills.

Scott, if you don't want to change anything other than the size, why not just convert it to a vector graphic and make a custom brush out of it. Depending on the original size, this should work very well with your particular logo. Also, creating a brush would allow you to change the color of the logo in seconds to go with each picture. If you want, send me a copy of the logo as large as you have it and I'll show you what I mean.

I think you'll be OK, they have a thin candy shell. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

I have several offers and will be selecting one this evening. So if you received a PM from me but have not yet given me your quote, please do so.

Thanks again for the help.

Nic, I'm no artist and the original artwork (gif file) is very small (about the avatar size). It needs some TLC in the conversion and I'm worthless in that department.
