I put what's included in the contract, but not individual picture pricing... that's subject to change, but I do promise to always give them my best available public price.

We do make them aware of our current prices (all of which say subject to change without notice). The wedding contract states that pricing is good for 60-days or something like that. Different photogs pick different time lines. So, if they had a Dec wedding, and you have a Jan price hike, they remain on the old price list until it expires. That keeps people from trying to order off of old price lists from 2 years ago, which can happen with weddings.

Since print prices are all over the place we make them aware of the price range up front. Hope that kind of helped. :o)

I have enough profit fixed into the wedding to cover a hike in prints. I dont include print prices i do adjust my prices 2 times a year. and of course have the statement the prices are subject to change but once they sign the contract they are locked in for the package price.
