We have that printed on just about everything that is in writing. And point it out in every consultation too. If you do not already include that in your verbiage, you need to. When they come back later to complain that your prices went up, you can then remind them that you did tell them that prices were subject to change and that the only way to lock in your current price is to book it while it is at that rate.
