Infants is a different story, however, I have a policy that if they are under 12 months they can do bottom facing camera only, if they are 13 months and older, they can do no shirt, but have to have bottoms on. 2 years is the nekkid cut off, at two I wont shoot them nekkid after 2 years old.
As to the original question, I agree with most and stay away from it, being that your in business, you ALWAYS have to think about protecting yourself. Reguardless of what kind of shoot. When I shoot, unless it is a person I have shot with MANY times (models, specifially) I ALWAYS have a guardian present. We work hard for what we all have done to make our business a success. I would hate to have that taken away becuase of foolishness on someone elses part.
