Has anyone here ever needed to get a waiver from the reception venue to allow another vendor, in this case the decorator, to post your images on their site? I have a vendor who wants to display the images I took on her site, but she asked that I get a waiver for her. Is that even needed? If the images are for her own self promotion, seldom is a property release required. If she intends on selling the images, then the buyer would require a release if and only if the venue was easily recognizable. I doubt that your decorator understands the usage issues.
