Asuka goes LEATHER!!

I just got the postcard in the mail that asuka is offering leather covers now!! well, it appears they will be after WPPI. I checked their website and found no mention of it. I can't wait to see the quality!

Had a short forum discussion with Asuka rep on another site. They won't be doing anything online etc. until after WPPI. Who is going? Mini reveiw please??

The new leather books will get their own templates so you may or may not easily transfer any current or in process books over. Who knows.... I am getting ready to do one and was going to try to up-sell the leather but the timing won't work with the wait and processing etc.

Anyway, they didn't give specifics such as dpi (I would imagine it would be the same) but they said the templates would be new. I'm sure part of it is with their "file checker" and the templates includes a lot of the order setup stuff.

They had out samples at Imaging USA. Looked nice enough... Essentially the same as all their other books, but different cover. :o)
