bunny waiver - 04-06-2007, 10:54 AM


Hey guys I am doing a easter shoot this Saturday does anybody have a good bunny waiver? I need something that states if a child gets bitten its not my fault etc. Any ideas?

Ferocious bunnies - 04-06-2007, 05:05 PM


There's a photographer over in Wichita Falls I believe. I think he does bunnies and chicks every Easter. I'm sure he'd know what you need. I think it's Joe Roger's Photography or Studios or something like that. Probably has a website. Wish I could help more. Perhaps you can just create a simple waiver with the concept and if the parties agree, you should be okay as long as the rabbits aren't overly ferocious or rabid or something. You'd probably want to cover yourself for the kids that purposely or accidentally goosed the little critter and elicited a bite from that and they can put a mean bite on someone but more likely severe scratches. If the bunnies are very young it should be much safer. Good luck.

The client also understands that the bunny is _____ years old and as with all bunnies can be unpredictable.
