Well Graphi's new price list came out today as it has been forecasted. I was wondering how much I would have to raise my album prices and to my suprise...the prices have dropped. And not just by a few dollars.

Keep in mind that Graphi's pricing is for its customers only. This is on open forum with plenty of non-professionals who don't have access (or need to know) their pricing.

Their pricing is a response to a special promotion they've been running for a while. I think they're more in line with what the rest of the industry is charging.

I didn't even think about that Jesus. Good point though.

Yeah, they gotta know the secret handshake. Personally, I don't care if my customers know how much I pay for stuff. I'm hoping they're finding value elsewhere in my work!

I think you'll be OK, they have a thin candy shell. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

I was surprised and impressed by Graphi's new pricing... I was thinking about raising the price on all my Graphi books... now I can lower them just slightly and STILL make more on them than I was on the old pricing.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I think that I'm going to offer the 8x12 base price book with the 9.5x13.

I was thinkin of offering the little 2x2.5 ones to my brides. They would be the images from the engagement shoot and could be used as wedding favors at the tables...you know, instead of a box of chocolates or whatever.

Good idea? Dumb idea?:

I don't think that will work unless you plan on them giving them out after the wedding. To order the small ones you first have to order a large primary book. I don't know too many brides that want a large album of nothing but the bridals. At least not for the price of a Graphi book.
