slideshows?

We're looking at doing custom slideshows for our clients with their fav pictures and a song of their choice. Have you had success doing these? What program or software do you use? Thanks!

I have used Pictures to .Exe and ProShow Gold. I prefer ProShow Gold especially if you burn to a DVD.

I've been looking at the Show It Fast.....I donwloaded the free trial, and yes, you can create a show SUPER FAST!

I'm wondering, do these actually sell well for ya'll? I don't think I've EVER finished watching a slideshow, I'm entirely too ADD. I get bored, I tune out, I think of other things and then I just go "crap, where are we in this thing?" and close it in frustration. Its not a quality issue either, I've seen some GREAT slideshows with top-notch music, I've just never finished one!

I have a couple of clients who LOVE slideshows, but I've really decided to use them more in my blog as advertisements than anything else. The clients can buy them if they like, but I'm not pushing them. I used to use PSG, but since switching to the Mac I purchased a license for Show It Web. David Jay is supposed to have a DVD workflow setup soon so that people who view the slideshow online can click a button and order a copy on DVD. I'm looking forward to that.
