Nothing like shooting cheerleaders--even if they are just in high school (no, don't think "dirty old man". I didn't enjoy it "that" way). Fun, nice, and pretty. Did I mention they order lots of photos, too?

Fun shot from the banquet last weekend.

But Tom ! You are a professional photographer. This is what professional photographers do ALL THE TIME !!

You never have to shoot ugly people or in inclement weather or when you don't feel well or have subjects who won't pose or just are difficult or with equipment that fails or lighting that sucks or any thing other than pretty girls.

By the way, this is a pretty incredible shot.

Its the hormones in the milk these days. Seriously, they don't look like they are in high school. I would say College Sr.'s for most of them. Sheeeezzzzzz I am only 37 but looking at his makes me feel MUCH older. Nice shot and very pretty girls.

I learned a long time ago that our ability to accurately determine a person's age diminishes the further we get from that age.

When I was a senior in college, the freshman looked like sophomores. A couple years later while visiting, the freshman looked like seniors. The seniors like they should have been out of there by then.

I think it's related to that underlying denial of our own age.

But it's hard to not do... just ask my wife, she says I have the mentality of a 12 year old on some days. : )
