I recieved a call from them prior to printing the canvas to verify my orderand to confirm that this canvas was going to be framed before the client received it.
The quality of the canvas itself appears to be much nicer than some of the peices I have had done locally. In addition, I was particuliarly impressed with the level of tension during the stretching process. My only concern or complaint would be that I would like to see them use foam or cardboard "corner guards" inside the shipping box to help prevent the box from being crushed and causing damage to the print (not that mine had any). I may choose to have the canvas rolled on larger peices to ensure this is not a problem.
Overall a good experience however, I have a client who just ordered a 30 x 40 portrait, so I will reserve our "final assessment" until we see how the next experience goes.
Hope this helps...

I ordered a 30x40, 8x10, and 24x36 (or some random dimension) on my first order and I have to tell you, I was BLOWN away by their level of customer support! They called me on the 30x40 about some of the imaging I did which was to be honest, pretty pathetic. I don't know what I was thinking when I did it- I even forgot to include my signature on it! I was so thankful they called rather than just pushing it through making assumptions that that's how I'd want it. I fixed the file and just resent it and voi-la (sp?)! They looked great! The really awesome thing I liked about them is they told me based on the file I emailed if it would enlarge to the size I would want or not. The canvases looked AWESOME and I am a believer in Simply Canvas- their customer support and good quality product sold me! Also, the prices seemed high to me, but comparing it to WHCC's gallery wrapped canvases wiht UV coating, etc, it was less expensive at SC.
