Bay Photo Lab - 05-24-2007, 04:28 PM

Has anyone else had problems with Bay Photo Lab? I've used them for 4 orders now, and they've gotten one right. First couple were shipping problems. The latest was some prints that they forgot to mount but didn't forget to charge me for them. The order form even has the mounting hilighted on it. One of the support guys was nice enough to remake the prints that were wrong. They only remade half the order. I called again and the only thing they can tell me is they can remake it. Sorry for the long rant, but I get tired of hearing how they can remake an order when I have people waiting for their prints.

I feel better now. Anyone know another lab to use? I really like the ROES that Bay photo has. What other printers out there have something similar?

Ive been using them for a few months now and have never had a problem. Im sorry that you are, maybe talk with a supervisor and see if they can make it right for you. There are alot of printing companies, you would think they would want to keep your business.

Full Color out of Dallas has that same system. I have only placed one order through them, but they are very responsive. I have a photographer friend that useds them exclusively and they have everything back to you in no more than 3 days.
