Help... Metallic Photo Enlargements, On-Line - 06-05-2007, 10:55 AM

Does anyone know of any On-Line Companies that provide Metallic Photo Enlargements at good prices? The sizes that I am interested in are: 30" to 50" in size on Metallic paper. Also, having a phone number where I can call and speak to someone is extremely important to me.

Thank you for any help,
Jeff Tregre, jtregre@comcast.net

Ive ordered several 30x40 prints from MPIX - you can call them and see. Check their website for their number.

I had already suggested MPIX and El-Co to him. I think he's trying to flesh out his options.

Hiya, Jeff - glad to see ya make it out here!

I'm not an advocate of the 1 hour places - but I noticed last night that Sams Club is offering a bunch of HUGE sizes. Doubt they have metallic, but I didnt look. And it wasnt in with the online ordering. It was in the store. So go peek. MPIX quality is gonna be better.

I'll throw another vote for MPIX. Their metallic prints were very good (the digital b&W offering is very lacking, though)!

Sam's doesn't offer metallic, and their colors are all over the place and may even vary by location.

They're cheap, and you seem to get what you pay for. Any given store may be spot on, but I had an identical poster printed at the same location a week apart and the colors were noticably different. (greens trended towards yellow making them almost lime green)

Jeff,

Try Pounds Lab in Dallas. I just started using them, and they have been great so far.

30x40 is $50.31.
