Try sharedink - a bit more expensive, but the quality and service is really good

I had problems with them on customer service also and was trying to look for someone else but eventually stayed with them. They are nice people. The problem for them is that they are overwhelmed and having hard time keeping up with the orders. Customer Service gets pushed to the side.

I have stayed with them for now just because the books are good and the low price. I stay away from the soft books though. The pages are not as good. They are run on a different printer. The hard cover books look great.
