I used PS Elements 4 and PS 7 to design mine.

I used Photoshop for mine, but it's very basic. I have been considering letting Logoworks.com have a go at doing a design for me.

Thanks Daniel and James,

I just do not know how to make a custom letter!

I am new to this and I am wanting to do this myself, because I do not have the cash flow to pay someone!

Thanks

Doing logo work is an art all to itself. I have tried to do logos before but they end up looking like... Well, let's just say if you saw one laying in your yard you would step over it!
A place to look for inspiration is www.logopond.com.
If you find someone local that does logos you might consider a barter deal, a logo for some photos. Just be sure to get several options from them. Even really good logo artists don't hit what you were hoping for every time.
