copyright on head shots

Is there a way to put your name on head shots (for modeling portraits or such) to keep them from copying the photos? I know some of you put a border with your name around them, but I didn't think that would be good on these.

Usually your price with headshots includes their right to take that image and print it as much as they want for promotional uses. It is unusual for the photographer to have their logo on it.
