a release to use photos on website or in portfolio etc... When second shooting a wedding? I have 3 weddings lined up in the near future that I am assisting/2nd shooting for and I want to be able to use the images obviously, so how would I get permission for that? Also who has the right to the pics me or the Main Photographer? I have no problem offering them up in case there is something they can use for the album etc... but do I still have the rights to them and such? I just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row and don't do anything illegal or wrong. Check with Don. He has one that he uses with his 2nd's. Also there was a great thread out here in the last few days...2nd shooters. --------------------------- Putting the Ahh! in Photography. A 35 to my eye and a 45 by my side. What say you? |

Those you second for me have all rights to the pics they shoot for any use. I just require a copy of the RAW images for possible use in the album. something in writing wouldn't hurt...... --------------------------- Nathan Simmons Houston Wedding Photographer /My Wedding Blog/Portrait Photography Site practice with intent to improve, makes perfect...by all means, feel free to edit images for the sake of improvement and photographer will not be offended |
