I had someone approach me about shooting Bathrooms and Kitchens. How would you go about this? And would I need a fisheye lens? my wides is 28mm

In my opinion, if you have to ask you are not ready for this assignment. It take much more than just the right equipment to do this kind of work. Minimum camera equipment would need to have swings and tilts or a tilt shift lens on full frame.
