Who is your Album Supplier? Plus other ???'s

Hello everyone!

I'm very new to all this, and have some questions about albums and pricing.

First, who do you use to supply your albums?

How do you design the layout of the album and then send it to the album maker to create? Do they provide you with template software, do you use a specific program to design the album, or what?

Also, how do you set up pricing for the album for the client? Do you charge them just for the album, or an album price plus the cost of each image from the photo shoot that you take? (I am referring to family, children, and portrait photography, not wedding photography -- which has much more photos than portrait photography).

What are the turnaround times usually for your albums? What size seems to be the most popular?
