Basic: Photography for 1 to 2 animals and up to 2 people from the same owner/family at a location of your choice and images uploaded in your own private on-line gallery available for 3 months. Password provided the day of the session. A CD of reproduction quality files is available for an additional fee. Reproductions are for personal non-commercial use and only for 5X7 and 4X6 sizes.

Private: 200.00: Up to 2 hours of photography; does not include any prints
Your Big Day for one subject/Family: Quoted per Event: Full day at the show, does not include any prints
Show Day: Quoted per Event: This package is for multiple rider’s/club/event sponsor at the same show who want to get together and split the cost for the photographer. Full day at the show, does not include any prints
Possible Session Focuses

Head shots: This is a relatively small photo shoot consisting of one look in various poses, mostly head shots and 3/4 shots. Photos are taken in black and white, color or both. This is great for anyone who needs a simple portrait done and wants more than the boring old "photo studio" photo.

Senior Photos: This is a photo shoot consisting of 3 changes of clothes and looks. The photo shoot will take 2 to 3 hours capturing as many poses of your choice at 1 location.
Portrait Session: The portrait photography session package is easily made to custom fit your requirements. The usual session is about one to two hours providing photographs taken in various poses. Black and white as well as color photos are available.
Your Big Day: This session focuses on capturing a day with you and your partner at a trial, show, or clinic. From tacking up (unless otherwise arranged) until you leave the show grounds this package focuses on capturing those special moments for you to cherish forever.

Add’l Travel Time: After the allowance in the contract are exceeded charges of $25.00/hr AND .40/mile will accrue.

Add'l Photography Time: added to any session is charged at the rate of $45.00 per hour.

Add’l Subjects: added to any session is charged at the rate of 25.00 per human/animal from the same owner/family combo or 50.00 per half hour for any animal/human from outside the owner/family combo.

Hand Colored Prints: (black & white or toned with an area “recolor”) $45.00 per print minimum (quoted per project)

Discounts Available

Military Families:
Families of deploying soldiers will fall under the Operation Love ReUnited Program which provides an initial free 4X6 album to the soldier after reaching country as well as the free 2-3 hour photo session, and a session at the soldiers return. Additionally Saundra’s Photography offers a discount on additional products as discussed in the contract. Soldier must be in Uniform and follow all requirements as laid out in the contract. If the soldier is already deployed we will arrange a Patriotic package to be sent to the soldier with photos of their family.

All other Military Families will receive 10% off . Must show Military ID or proof of service.

Charity Events

I think most folks on here, come into the forum while at work. and this is just a little too much to read. that's why you have not recieved an answer. that and, the fact that everyone will prob tell you that only you know what you are worth and, to charge by that. or what your market can handle.
