Another Business Card C&C - 08-21-2007, 09:30 PM

Here is a business card idea that I came up with, but I think I would need to put my info on the back so that I could add my e-mail. And I don't know how the website being sideways works, or if I should leave that off the front and only put it on the back?

I also would like to get it printed on the metallic type paper, does anyone know where I can do that?

If you're putting information on the back, I would put only the URL or the company name on the side with the photo. I think that would help pull the focus more to the image itself.

Hope that helps!

I agree with Christine on only the URl on the back part. Also, I went to your website and I really like the selective color of that same image with the Black and Red. I think it
would go over well in this market.

No, no, no, no. You put all your contact information on every side you print.

A customer will take your card... flip it over and look at it when you hand it to them... but when they take it back where-ever.. they are gonna put it up on a bulletin board... one side to rarely (if ever) be seen again. Don't make them take it down to contact you, they won't.

Huh? Perhaps I underestimate the number of folks who have and use a bulletin board. My contact information is on one side of my card and I get compliments on my cards all the time. I've even had clients meet with me and say that they'll always remember my card.

I guess to each his own. You have a point that making your contact information readily available will increase the likelihood of someone contacting you.
