anybody in austin wanting to share a studio?

i just leased a very nice studio in a office building but its a little bigger than what i need. you will have your own office with private entrance to the camera room. the office is fairly large with a large storage room/ closet. the camera room will be completely set up with lighting, backgrounds, ect. you can put up whatever you like in the camera room as well. the camera room has one wall of north facing windows. the studio is located on n. lamar.
the space is $1200.00 a month, i would perfer just one wedding photographer (i dont do weddings) so the split would be $600.00 all other bills are included minus internet. i might be willing to rent to 2 or more photographers to bring down the price even futher.
studio will be ready oct 1st.
