Billboard or Banner ??

I was hired by the marketing team to provide specific themed photos for "billboard banners" that would be put up at the construction of the new hotel. At first, I priced the job for "one time use" and limited them to Ft. Worth project. The corporation insisted on "full rights" and "unlimited use".
Pricing went throught the roof. After some intense negotiations, we agreed on the pricing, and I soon saw my work in place.
All I can say is "SWEET".
I'll be doing some preliminary "typical room" shots as soon as they can get the furnishings together. They will be "dressing" a downstairs office to simulate the actual room, so we can get the shots before construction even gets that far.

I think each banner is 10' X 10'
