Ticked with Overnight prints - 10-03-2007, 08:24 PM

So I ordered from them before and am pleased with their quality. So I reordered. What I did not know, and feel is a little deceiving, is that even though it is called overnight prints, and they do print your product overnight, it isn't shipped until 1-5 days later. So what is the point of overnight printing??? It seems a little crazy to me..So of course mine was printed overnight, then sat for FIVE days, and was not shipped until a week later.... OK I feel better!!

You can pay to have it done overnight, or you can get the std couple day print.

Read their terms...they clearly explain all that.

I order several thousand biz cards, flyers, postcards from them every year. Always get my stuff in about 7 calendar days.

That's why I am a little ticked..they are trying to get you to pay the shipping..I guess...they didn't even ship it until one week after I ordered it. Now they say it will take 2-5 shipping days...which with the weekend we know is actually one more week.. I know they say all that...I just think with the name "Overnight prints" it is deceiving ...If you print them overnight...wouldn't you ship them right away?? what's the point of having them printed right away and then sit there for a week???

Yeah, it would be like me claiming to have a "flying car." Yeah, it flies...if you launch it off a bridge.

Never had an order with them sit for more than a day before shipping and I order with them often for business cards, postcards, flyers. Pretty much the same experience as Jesus, and the one time I got a shipment that had problems with about 1/4 of the cards they shipped out a new batch of 500 at no cost the next day.

somewhat off topic.. but this reminded me of a few years back when my friend work for a moving company called "Half Price Movers" here in San Antonio.

She would get calls for moving quotes and quite often she would hear the reply - well I've already called X number of other companies and you're about the same price... You SAY you're Half Price Movers.. why aren't your quotes half the price

She hated those calls... lol

Yes their quality is wonderful. That's why I kind of hated to write this...I'm ticked but it does tell you it may not ship...it's just kind of the point....oh well...life goes on...bigger fish to fry!! I would recommend them. My reason for saying they are good quality...I left a business card in my butt pocket all day and it wasn't bent at the end of the day...that's pretty darn good!! This time I got the uv stuff...we'll see if I like it better..
