Sorry. I also prefer to be surprised in a good way. I should've titled it 'B&H in the bad news...prepare to pay more for your gear'

whenever I see suits like this, I always wonder if the people were qualified enough for the salary or promotion
I could care less about your color, just show me you can do the job and if you can't don't blame me for holding you back.....

...stepping down off soapbox now.....

Well they do have 800-900 employees, which shocks me, but a company with that many employees can likely handle a $4m settlement.

I frequently shop at B&H's store in Manhattan. It's not a small store. The place is so busy there is not much room to move around. There is usually a line of people waiting to get in the store before it even opens in the morning. During the holidays I won't even go in there it's ridiculous!
I think it is safe to say that 4 Million dollars is not a lot of money for B&H.

I have a love-hate relationship with B&H...I hate when they are closed for religious holidays and love when they are open the rest of the time I must say, the lawsuit doesn't really surprise me much though.

Hah! Hah! Yeah, the employee work group, at least the ones we see on the floor, don't look to be that diverse of a work group. I've often wondered how they get away with that.
