I was looking for a place to print my customer orders and wondered if anyone had experience with Pounds. I was looking for a good lab locally. That way if there is a problem I can talk to someone in person and not via email.

I use Austin but everything is printed in Dallas. I love them. Great customer service.

I have used Pounds for about 25 years and I highly recommend them . Like any lab they will occasionally get something wrong, but it is usually because I was not clear enough in communicating what I wanted. They are always quick to make it right no matter who was at fault. Most orders turn around in less than a week.

I would recommend that you take one of their training classes in Dallas and tour the place. It gives you a better understanding about how they operate and how you can take full advantage of their capabilities. The classes show you the quickest ways to upload images and how to use their features such as the layout tools.

Thanks for the feedback. I downloaded the PROS software and liked it. I was curious if there is a way for customers to view the different frames and choose them when they are looking at there pictures on a website.
