My new Business card. - 10-20-2007, 12:38 PM

With my coming retirement and career change to freelancing photograph here's the card I've come up with. I'll be set up as a DBA "Chasseur de Lumière" in November. I don't do weddings or portraits and don't work in a studio...

Chasseur de Lumière
Digital Images with a New Light
Fine Art, Advertising, Architecture, Landscape
Or What the Mind’s Eye Can Envision

On the business card the script will be bold Edwardian Script. The cards are raised printing on pure linen stock (nice feel) and just Black and White.

Reactions?

Just did a sample in Photoshop - looks good, but the edwardian script seems a little too confusing to read.

Played with some other fonts and Bickham Script Pro looks good.

Top is Edwardian Script, bottom is Bickham Script.

I to concluded all script was confusing. Only the Business name will be in script the rest is New Times Roman...

I think simple is nice, John. In fact I've been thinking about going that direction with my own cards. A simple design sets one apart from all the "fancy-pants" cards out there.
