First charge for you.
then charge for each photo. $$ per photo x printing quantity of brochure for one year.
dont forget bylinenext to each image.

example
I charge a base of 250 per dayfor local.

each photo
cost of equipment that I use prorated
cost of rental if needed
$20 hr basic digital imaging/retouch
copyright fee
cost of transport
food if needed
divided by number of images.

when you copyright your work it costs time and money.
US Copyright Office fee is $45 and you always bill for time.
