Ok, kind of a rant and kind of a "check your contract and communicate properly"
Watching Judge Maria Lopez (which I never watch because her nasal accent drives me crazy

) she's not the only one as I've seen others that are just as hard on photographers - some who deserved it and some that didn't...
but a couple was suing the wedding photographer for not doing his job...
not granted, this guy was so unprofessional it's not even funny, but what got me was that the bride claimed she did all this "research" and then end up with this guy because she saw a sign outside her office window
Anyway....most of you know this, but for you new people, when you meet with a client/potential client, make sure you completely understand what they want/expect and make sure they completely understand what you offer
be as professional as possible, get everything in writing, and should you go to court, be prepared for the court/judge to be partial possibly toward the client if you don't have your ducks in a row......
