I'm trying to understand photo releases, with not much luck. If I use pictures of people on my portfolio and website, do I need a signed photo release of the person(s) in the pictures I use? |

yes you do!!! anyone that you take a picture of that you end up using for anything on your business.. either business cards, portfolio, etc.. you would need a model release form signed by them just to be on the safe side... I make even my relatives sign this forms LOL |
