Dylon, I read that insurance primer and it has a lot of great information that is pretty accurate. Generally, I'm pretty skeptical of an "insurance primer" written by someone who is not an insurance agent. As an agent myself, there are a ton of things to know and keep up with that the average joe doesn't know about. However, the author of that did a good job of doing his homework and talking with qualified individuals.

As he stated in that primer, always call your insurance agent and ask about what type of coverage you really need....and if they can't answer it, call me, I'll be happy to give you any information

If you need a contact for weddings or portraits, this site also has them available for sale. They are some of the most comprehensive in the industry and much better than what you will put together by cutting and pasting from other contract that you find. They are more likely to hold up in court, if a job comes to that, than one you just throw together. Considering that you are only talking $125 for the whole deal, it is much much much cheaper than what you would pay to have an attorney throw an agreement together for you.
