Yeah - I don't delete emails - I keep everything in Outlook and archive it. I've saved my bacon one too many times. But I get so bloody many of them that leaving them on the server just seemed unnecessary. Hopefully it all went through and they can resend my confirmation - or I'll be happy to get my packet in the mail. ;-)

How soon before the email shows up? I registered at 11:00pm and have not received a confirmation email (and have nothing in my spam folder).

I got the confirmation email within minutes of registration. If you haven't gotten one yet, I'd continue to check into whether the registration went through. Don't panic, just verify.

The time on my e-mail says 10:59 p.m., but that is probably because the clock is different on the computer sending the confirmation than on the server for the countdown clock.

_/oe | Hi Tom, you can go home every evening. It's not convenient because the classes last until 4:30 or 5pm and there are so many events in the evening. Arlington is quite a drive from Flower Mound but it can be done. It is worth attending if that is your only objection. I went last year for the first time and not only learned a lot but made some wonderful professional friends. We bounce ideas off each other, discuss and reenforce what we've learned in class, we meet occassionally, and attend SWPPA. It was awsome and I am going again this year. I had no problems either. Got email confirmation pretty quick that they received my registration. Supposed to get packet in about 3 weeks to confirm which class. From what I can tell I think I got my first choice!!!
Yeah ===== Are we there yet??????????    | | | |

I rearranged my choices.. literally last minute.. so I'm pretty sure which class I'm going to end up in now...
But its not just the class, from what I understand.. think of the networking.. all the dinners, lunches.. all the people you'll meet. Not just movers and shakers and teachers, but the folks in the classes with you.

Perhaps you were directing this to Joe ?

Some of my closest friends are people who I may have known a little bit already, but who I really got to know at Texas School. After that week, it's likely that you'll know someone at every state photography event that you attend.

If you don't hear anything in a few days, you might want to send him an email.....
Good luck.
