Howdy from Austin.

I got an e-mail from studiologic.com and they tout $1.25 8x10s. Wondering if anyone has any experience using them.. and if they have a quality product?

I see they are from Houston. Don't know if that means anything... but thought I'd drop that info too.

So... anyone?

i have used the several times and I like them very much. Very fast. The only word of advise is make sure you monitor is color balanced and you have there profile loaded up for the right color.

I use them for all of my printing and I know the folks there somewhat well. They are very good and reliable print-shop.

I like them because they are local and - Price is Right and their Quality is very, very good.

Like VisCon said, you MUST have your monitor calibrated your prints won't match what you think. StudioLogic has an IMAGETARGET - which is a bridal portrait photo they can send. You must then either use their assistance or calibrate your monitor yourself to match the color and settings you see on the IMAGETARGET photograph.

If you don't match up to that, you will likely have weird looking prints and wonder why it is the case.

Awesome... thanks for the advice. Good to hear it's a valid place... and not just some unworthy spam.
