New Logo Help

I have been trying forever to put a logo together and am have 0 luck. I cannot figure out a good way to combine H and S for HooperStudios into a logo. I want to have both an icon that depicts the H and S somehow and also a nice look for printing out the entire name with or without the icon. I want the logo to be very portable between ad styles alo. Does anyone know who can help me here, I need to get business cards put together asap and want a nice logo on them. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, thanks!!!

You might try design outpost. basically you tell them your budget and the look you're going for and a few of the designers post some examples. Then you choose from which you like best.

Email Jorge Pavajeau (jorgepavajeau@gmail.com). He did 2 logos for me and I was very happy with the process and pricing was unbelievable. I ended up with large files in .psd, .png, .gif, .pdf and .jpg versions. I gave him some direction of what I wanted and he came up with a couple of different versions and then we tweaked them from there.

Attached are what I came up with. May not be your style but fit what I needed. I had offered $100 here on TPF for someone to do it each design and no takers.

At this point I am not sure I want to deal with Jorge and am asking for my $$ back. He delivered a logo to me that is exactly the same as another companies logo I found in Google Images.

hmmmm this is a tough one I too have been battling with the logo thing... I have had two people help and have been playing with the ideas myself...

while I LIKE all the options given to me... still not sue that is what I want... acccckkk this is frustrating..


what is the matter with these poeple... COPYING someone else's for yours... oh no I'd be pitching a fit!!!

I used Logo Mojo and loved the service. I got 20 different designs based upon my idea and gave free ranage if they thought they had a better idea. I got back over 20 designs to choose from (with unlimited changes to the one I chose). It took about 5 days and cost $295 and they delivered them in many formats. And after all that what did I choose? Plan Jane. One designer used my intial J just the way I sign it and put it with the company name.
