This isn't exactly business related, but I figured y'all would have the best answer. I am part of a professional organization that is hosting a workshop in a few weeks. I will be taking pictures to post on our website as well as some possible video. What kind of release/permission do I need to do this? It is a non-profit organization, so we won't be making any money off the pictures/video but we are using it to promote the organization. Does that make any sense?
I looked through the contracts, release sticky, but I am still confused. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
