You guys are awesome! Thanks for another great version, R.D. All of you are making it harder to decide on a final design. :-)

I've been trying to think "outside the box," but are these logo designs going the other way?

IMHO Todd you are doing a good job. The round ones go very well with the implied concept of "Top". You might want to slide your name back to the left a bit to insure the "n" remains wholly inside the black.

Use photo if that is what is your URL, unless you plan to register the second URL and point it at the first. Seriously, you'll confuse people otherwise. I would also register other variants.

I like #1, but it keeps making me think of America's Next Top Model's logo for some reason. I also like #2. I don't like #3. I don't like the one with the curved corners or the circles as much as I liked #1.

Something I've learned the hard way - many websites are set up to easily use short & wide logos, not square and tall. Just something to consider as you do branding.

I also like the sharp lines of the box with the curves of the font. I have noticed though that serif fonts are becoming all the rage these days - they are starting to reach the "overused" threshold. However, your use of them is unique so it should stick for some time. You could also play up the colors based on what it is on - so it is "color + white" instead of "red + white" if you wanted to brand by logo and not color.

Christine, you worried me a little when you mentioned America's Next Top Model because I didn't know what that show's logo looked like. It is lower case and "top" is squooshed together, but I use a different font (and it's in reverse type)! Any likeness is purely coincidence, as I was going for an acronym of my biz name.

I swear, I've only seen the show because my wife likes it. Really!
