Quick ? This is the 1st wedding season we have offered the option for our clients to purchase the hi res JPGs. I'm getting a lot more requests for assistance than anticipated. How much do you help people once they walk off with the jpgs? When selling jpgs I give them the cd, with instructions on how to print and WHO I recommend. Care of the CD (need to burn new one every 3 years etc). THAT IS IT. If they want prints I still have them online so that they may puchase using my peferred printer.
